Brad Shafer, Owner
Brad attended Northwood Institute with an Associate’s Degree in business. He has been the manager of the NAPA Gettysburg store for 25 years and been instrumental in growing the NAPA business.

Brad is married to his wife Laura and has 2 children, Samantha 9 and William 12. He enjoys fly fishing, boating and spending time with his family.
Lonn Witthoff, Owner
Lonn has an Applied Mathematics and Engineering degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has been the manager of the NAPA Hanover store for 25 years. In addition to his management responsibilities, he does all the analytical work for NAPA.

Married to his wife Carol, Lonn has 2 daughters, Julia and Lena. Snowmobiling, kayaking and building just about anything are among the many things that Lonn enjoys.
Carol Witthoff, Owner
Carol has been the business manager of NAPA of Gettysburg, Hanover and Taneytown for 25 years. She has a marketing management degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Carol is married to her husband Lonn and has 2 daughters Julia and Lena. Carol owns and rides her horse Phantom, enjoys scrapbooking and traveling with her family.

Kelly Ridinger, Administrative Assistant
Kelly has served as Administrative Assistant for 12 years. She wears a lot of hats, serving as warranty service manager and warehouse manager, just to name a few. Previously she worked for Agway in Gettysburg where she worked in customer service.

Kelly’s passion is her family. Trips to the mountain, time with her niece and nephews are some of her favorite things. Kelly and her boyfriend Virgil love
to cook, spend time outdoors and enjoy Notre
Dame football.
Bill Steele, Parts Specialist
“I’d like to speak to Bill”...This is a very common demand of many NAPA Gettysburg customers. In Bill’s previous life he ran his own auto repair shop for 25 years. His knowledge of parts and repair serves him well as a parts specialist for NAPA Gettysburg. Bill was named the national NAPA/ASE Parts Specialist of the Year in 2010.

In addition to loving to ride his “bike” Bill is the chair of men’s auxiliary for the VFW, a member of the Sons of the American Legion, two-time past master of Plymouth Lodge 143 and of Toops Troops.
Doug Myers, Parts Specialist
Motor head would best describe Doug Myers. His enthusiasm for drag racing has his fans standing in line to talk to him. Doug has been with Napa for 4 years and before 13 years making custom car parts. Doug is ASE certified and has logged on over 100 NAPA Parts training hours.

His hobbies include drag racing and building custom cars and trucks.
NAPA Hanover
Pablo Delabarrera, Parts Specialist & Driver
Pablo has been with NAPA for 10 years. Previously he worked for RH Sheppard, Hanover Wire Cloth and Snyder’s. Pablo is a dedicated employee and has logged over 75 hours of NAPA Parts Training.

Pablo has 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
He enjoys cooking and traveling.
Tony Hull, Parts Specialist
Thirty five years with NAPA! This record makes
Tony the longest serving employee at NAPA.
And his customers love him. He has seen many changes in the parts industry over the years,
but stays current by taking parts courses online and is ASE certified.

Tony is married to his wife Wendy and has
2 motorcycles. Plus a miniature Daschund
named Wiggles!!!
Shawn Kennedy, Parts Specialist
Smiling is Shawn’s specialty. He’s been a NAPA employee for 14 years coming to the Hanover NAPA in 2001. Shawn is ASE certified and has over 100 training hours with NAPA Parts Training.

In Shawn’s other life he’s a Gettysburg Ghost tour guide. He also enjoys fishing, hunting and dirt
track racing.
Jessica Lawrence, Administrative Assistant
Jess is one of the newest employees at our Hanover location. This ultra-quick learner wears many hats. Administrative Assistant, Parts Specialist and driver are among the few.

Jess is married to her husband Jason who both enjoy working on their new (older) home, are huge Michigan football fans, love riding motorcycles and being volunteers in the community.
Cameron Butcher, Warehouse
Jim Reed, Parts Specialist
Just like most of the employees, Jim has spent most of his career working for NAPA. Boasting
19 years as a trusted employee, Jim is also ASE certified and has over 100 hours of NAPA
Parts Training.

Jim’s passion is sports and the outdoors.
He’s also a diehard Steelers fan.

Mark Yingling, Business Advisor
Mark brings 25 years of auto technical experience to his job as NAPA’s Business Advisor. His shop accounts appreciate his business knowledge as well as his technical experience. Mark is ASE certified and has worked for NAPA for 12 years.

He is married to his wife Trish and has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. His favorite pastime is watching Raven’s football. He also enjoys working on his house and in his yard.

NAPA Taneytown
Rick Messinger, Parts Specialist
Rick’s ASE Master Technician and other ASE certifications have helped him for 8 years as he works with parts customers at NAPA. Before coming to NAPA, Rick owned his own business where he also served as the main auto technician.

Rick has a son and enjoys shooting pool.
Dave Reasner, Owner
Dave has been a part owner of the Taneytown NAPA for over 35 years. In the last 5 years he has also served as a business advisor to wholesale customers in the Gettysburg and Taneytown area.

Dave is married to his wife Becky and has 2 children Becca and Rachael. There is never any grass that grows under Dave’s feet as he puts out a garden every year that a could feed the community.
Rachael Reasner, Taneytown Store Manager
Rachael grew up in the parts business. She started delivering parts as soon as she could drive. In 2005 she got her first taste of “working on the counter” in Hanover. Then in 2007 she took over her Dad’s post as store manager, some big shoes to fill. And her customers respect her just as much as they do her Dad. Rachael is ASE certified.

Rachael enjoys cooking, traveling, playing soccer and watching her favorite MicroSprint driver race.
Kevin Unglesbee, Parts Specialist
He’s know as the “Paint Man” in all 3 NAPA stores. If you have a paint question, Kevin has the answer. ASE certified, Kevin has taken every paint course and read every book there is on paint. Kevin has been a loyal NAPA employee for over 32 years and his customers have come to rely on him for all their parts questions.

In his spare time Kevin enjoys collecting books
and reading.
